Where Services are offered on a free trial basis, payment may be required after the free trial period ends, and not when you enter your billing details (which may be required prior to the commencement of the free trial period). Sensitive and private data exchange happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and the Mobile Application and Services are also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. Scans for malware are performed on a regular basis for additional security and protection. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Since the Service offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge before purchasing any product on the Services. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the product description before making a purchase!

How can I cancel my subscription when purchased via SMS?

If you’ve subscribed to Monthly Deals & Token purchasing via SMS, when you opened the subscription you would have been given specific instructions on how to cancel. Your cancelation instructions will differ depending on the network you use, the device you are on, and the country that you are located in.
Some subscriptions can be canceled in your Goldidate payment settings by following these instructions, while others may require you to send a STOP command via SMS. If you can’t remember which option you need to do, first attempt to close your subscription via your Goldidate payment settings and if that doesn’t work, simply follow the instructions in your initial subscription confirmation SMS message, or any subscription renewal SMS.

How can I cancel my subscription via The Web?

Goldidate App is a Native app and not a Responsive web app, canceling only via App.

I canceled my subscription but I’m still getting charged?

If you’ve been charged after canceling your Monthly Deals & Token purchasing subscription, it’s likely that it wasn’t canceled correctly. We’d recommend checking to see if your subscription is still accidentally active by following the below steps relevant to you:
Apple: iTunes
Android: Google Play


If you’re no longer seeing an option to cancel your subscription after following these steps, or if you’re having trouble managing your subscription, we’d be happy to help on Contact.
Please note that deleting your account or unlinking your payment details does not cancel your subscription. You will need to follow the above steps to ensure it doesn’t renew at the end of the payment period. You can read more about how our subscriptions work Terms.

Why have I been charged for a free trial?

We know there’s nothing more disappointing than getting charged for something you thought would be free. If you’ve signed up for Goldidate through the Apple Store or Google Play Store and you were charged immediately, or it’s likely because you’ve already had a previous Monthly Deals & Token purchasing Goldidate account.


We’d recommend reaching out to Apple or Google to see what has happened by following these steps below:

How can I cancel my Goldidate Monthly Deals instead of Token purchasing subscription through iTunes?

If you would like to cancel your Goldidate subscription, follow these steps:
1. Go to your phone Settings > iTunes & App Store
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen ( you may need to sign in or use Touch or Face ID)
3. Tap “Media & Purchases”
4. Tap “View Account”
5. Tap “Subscriptions”
6. Tap the subscription that you want to manage (Goldidate). Note: If you don’t see a Goldidate subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
7. Use the options to manage your subscription.
8. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your subscription.
Note: When you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

How can I cancel my Goldidate Monthly Deals instead of Token purchasing subscription through Google Play?

If you’ve subscribed to a Goldidate subscription through Google Play and want to cancel, follow these steps:
Open Google Play store
Go to “Account” under the Play store menu
Tap on “Subscriptions” and you will see your active app subscriptions.
Tap on your Goldidate subscription and then click “Cancel”
New update: All in-app payments for Goldidate subscriptions and/or other Premium features on Android must be made via Google Play. If you prefer to use a different payment method without adding it to your Google Play account, you can still make that purchase by accessing your Goldidate account via the web instead of the app.

How can I cancel Goldidate Monthly Deals or Token purchasing if I bought it with my credit card/ PayPal account?

If you’re an Android user you now have to sign up for a Goldidate subscription through Google Play. Previously, you may have subscribed to Monthly Deals or Token purchasing using your credit card, and you can follow these steps to cancel:
Tap the profile icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
Tap on “Settings” and then “My Wallet” and then Tap on “​​Deals Subscription” and then Tap on “​​Cancel Subscription” depending on what option you are currently subscribed to.

You’ll still be able to use your subscription until its expiration date!

I'm not happy with my Goldidate Monthly Deals subscription. How can I get a refund?

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, any purchases made in the Goldidate app are non-refundable.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal: Goldidate may offer some services as automatically-renewing subscriptions, e.g., a one-week subscription, one-month subscription, or three-month subscription, or Six-month subscription (“Premium Services”). IF YOU PURCHASE AN AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW AT THE END OF THE PERIOD, UNLESS YOU CANCEL, AT BUMBLE’S THEN-CURRENT PRICE FOR SUCH SUBSCRIPTIONS. To avoid charges for a new subscription period, you must cancel, as described below, before the end of the then-current subscription period. Deleting your account or deleting the application from your device does not cancel your subscription. You will be given notice of changes in the pricing of the Monthly deals Services to which you have subscribed and an opportunity to cancel. If Goldidate changes these prices and you do not cancel your subscription, you agree that you will be charged at Goldidate’s then-current pricing for the subscription.


Canceling Subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription directly from Goldidate, you may cancel or change your Payment Method via the payment settings option under your profile. If you purchased a subscription through a Third Party Store, such as the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, you will need to access your account with that Third Party Store and follow instructions to change or cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of the period you last paid for, but (i) you will not (except as outlined in the subsection entitled “Refunds” below) be eligible for a prorated refund, (ii) your subscription will not be renewed when that period expires and (iii) you will then no longer be able to use the Monthly deals Services or In-App Purchases enabled by your subscription.

To request a refund for subscription Deals:

In addition to canceling, you must request a refund to receive one. If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Goldidate. To request a refund, go to iTunes, click on your Apple ID, select “Purchase history,” find the transaction and hit “Report Problem”. You can also submit a request at


For all other purchases: please contact customer support with your order number and Wallet id Code (you can find the order number in the order confirmation email and ID Code on Goldidate App on the “My Wallet” page, or if you purchased from the Google Play Store by logging in to Google Wallet). You may also mail or deliver a signed and dated notice that states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect.

The payments required under this Section do not include any Sales Tax that may be due in connection with the Monthly Deals or Token purchasing Services provided under these Terms. If Goldidate determines it has a legal obligation to collect a Sales Tax from you in connection with these Terms, Goldidate will collect such Sales Tax in addition to the payments required under this Section 5. If any Monthly Deals or Token purchasing Services, or payments for any Refound/Checkout Services, under these Terms are subject to any Sales Tax in any jurisdiction and you have not remitted the applicable Sales Tax to Bumble, you will be responsible for the payment of such Sales Tax and any related penalties or interest to the relevant tax authority. As used herein, “Sales Tax” means any sales or use tax and any other tax measured by sales proceeds that is the functional equivalent of a sales tax where the applicable taxing jurisdiction does not otherwise impose a sales or use tax.
