If you’re having second thoughts about someone you Liked—no problem. You can unmatch anyone at any time. Tap the blue shield in either your match’s profile blue shield icon or in Chat screen top-tool-Menu and unmatch.

Two members must both use the by Goldidate terms and safety, Every user can send stickers to any user he likes, and only after sending a sticker can start a chat.

Don’t be alarmed if you create a new profile and your subscription hasn’t transferred.

* Goldidate Monthly deals subscriptions are profile-specific, which means that if you delete your account and create a new profile, your subscription will not automatically transfer over.

* To transfer your subscription, you’ll need to contact us here and we’ll get that sorted for you in no time!

* Please note, if you subscribed via iTunes, you need to cancel your subscription so it doesn’t continue to renew on your old account.

Paid Features

If you purchased a Monthly deals subscription, but it hasn’t been activated in your account yet it could be for a few reasons:

1. Your purchase is still being processed. You can check this within your purchase history on Google Play or iTunes.
2. Your purchase failed. This can happen for a variety of reasons (e.g., insufficient funds, a restriction by your bank, a technical error, etc). You can check to see if your purchase was fully processed within your purchase history.
3. Your purchase wasn’t properly activated on our end.
4. If you’ve been charged and your purchase hasn’t been reflected in your Goldidate account on the wallet page , please contact our Support Team and send them a screenshot of your receipt.
5. If you made your purchase through Google Play or iTunes, the receipt will be in the email linked to those accounts.
6. We can’t accept a screenshot of your credit card statement as it doesn’t show exactly what you purchased.

We know you’re a busy bee and might think unlinking your payment card from Goldidate will cancel your Goldidate subscription on your account, but this is not the case. Depending on how you first signed up for your subscription, you
will need to follow the steps below to stop future charges:

A. iOS – The Apple iTunes Store:
How can I cancel my Goldidate Deals subscription through iTunes?
If you would like to cancel your Goldidate subscription, follow these steps:
1. Go to your phone Settings > iTunes & App Store
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen ( you may need to sign in or use Touch or Face ID)
3. Tap “Media & Purchases”
4. Tap “View Account”
5. Tap “Subscriptions”
6. Tap the subscription that you want to manage (Goldidate). Note: If you don’t see a Goldidate subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
7. Use the options to manage your subscription.
8. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your subscription.
Note: When you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

B. Android -Credit Card/ PayPal
How can I cancel the Goldidate Deals subscription if I bought it with my credit card/ PayPal ac§count?

If you’re an Android user you now have to sign up for a Goldidate subscription through Google Play. Previously, you may have subscribed to Goldidate Deals of or Token purchasing using your credit card, and you can follow these steps to cancel:

1. Tap the profile icon on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen
2. Tap on “My Pay Plan” and then “Monthly Deal” or “Token purchasing” depending on what option you are currently subscribed to
3. Use the option on-screen to cancel

C. Android – The Google Play Store
How can I cancel my Goldidate “Monthly Deal” subscription through Google Play?
If you’ve subscribed to a Goldidate subscription through Google Play and want to cancel, follow these steps:

Open Google Play store
Go to “Account” under the Play store menu
Tap on “Subscriptions” and you will see your active app subscriptions.
Tap on your Goldidate subscription and then click “Cancel”
New update: All in-app payments for Goldidate subscriptions and/or other Premium features on Android must be made via Google Play.

D. Android – Purchased via SMS
How can I cancel my subscription when purchased via SMS?

If you’ve subscribed to Goldidate “Monthly Deal” or “Token purchasing” via SMS, when you opened the subscription you would have been given specific instructions on how to cancel. Your cancelation instructions will differ depending on the network you use, the device you are on, and the country that you are located in.
Some subscriptions can be canceled in your Goldidate payment settings by following these instructions, while others may require you to send a STOP command via SMS. If you can’t remember which option you need to do, first attempt to close your subscription via your Goldidate payment settings and if that doesn’t work, simply follow the instructions in your initial subscription confirmation SMS message, or any subscription renewal SMS.
If you require further help, we’d recommend contacting your mobile operator for more information.

D. Android – Purchased via SMS
How can I cancel my subscription when purchased via SMS?

If you’ve subscribed to Goldidate “Monthly Deal” or “Token purchasing” via SMS, when you opened the subscription you would have been given specific instructions on how to cancel. Your cancelation instructions will differ depending on the network you use, the device you are on, and the country that you are located in.
Some subscriptions can be canceled in your Goldidate payment settings by following these instructions, while others may require you to send a STOP command via SMS. If you have any issues canceling your subscription beyond following these steps, please contact our Support Team here so we can help you out!

Deleting your Goldidate profile or removing the Goldidate app from your device will not cancel your Goldidate subscription. To cancel your subscription and to avoid any future charges, you will need to follow the relevant steps here, depending on how you first signed up.
We’re sad to see you go and hope we can welcome you back into The Hive again in the future! If you’re leaving because you met your special bee on Goldidate.

Correct! If you have signed up for a free trial to check out our Goldidate Monthly Deals & Token purchasing, you will need to cancel it before the end of the 14-day period.
If you do not cancel your trial subscription, it will convert to a paid subscription and will continue to automatically renew at the end of each period until you decide to cancel it.
Keep in mind that deleting your account or the application from your device, does not cancel your trial Goldidate Monthly Deals & Token purchasing subscription.

If you purchase a Goldidate Monthly Deals or Token purchasing, it will renew automatically unless you decide to cancel it. This way you can continue to use these great features without having to worry about renewing them yourself!
If you do however change your mind, to avoid charges for the new subscription period, you must cancel it before the end of the current period. Canceling your subscription varies depending on how you first signed up, but you can check out the steps relevant for you here.
Keep in mind that deleting our account or the application from your device, does not cancel your subscription.

Enjoying Goldidate Token purchasing, but ready to take dating to the next level with Goldidate Monthly Deals?

Follow these simple steps below to unlock all our features:
In the Goldidate App setting, tap the grey “Get the best Deal” button, and if not heaving a deal press on video call on chat and “Likes me” screen, and a Screen of “Goldidate monthly Deals” will open.
Tap on “one of three plans”
Tap on the plan box in the middle.
Select your subscription, then tap “Continue”
Complete the payment process

Once you’ve upgraded, depending on your payment method, you will either:
Get a partial refund, contact our team at info@goldidate.com
The price of the purchase is adjusted for the upgrade and the new Goldidate Monthly Deals subscription term you selected starts.
Your remaining Goldidate Monthly Deals service is converted into Goldidate Token purchasing, and you are charged the difference
Please note, the refund can take up to 14-21 business days to land back in your bank account and if for any reason your refund is not initiated, please contact our Billing Team at info@goldidate.com.

Goldidate App is a Native app and not a Responsive web app, canceling only via App.

If you’ve been charged after canceling your Monthly Deals & Token purchasing subscription, it’s likely that it wasn’t canceled correctly. We’d recommend checking to see if your subscription is still accidentally active by following the below steps relevant to you:
Apple: iTunes
Android: Google Play

If you’re no longer seeing an option to cancel your subscription after following these steps, or if you’re having trouble managing your subscription, we’d be happy to help on Contact.
Please note that deleting your account or unlinking your payment details does not cancel your subscription. You will need to follow the above steps to ensure it doesn’t renew at the end of the payment period. You can read more about how our subscriptions work Terms.

We know there’s nothing more disappointing than getting charged for something you thought would be free. If you’ve signed up for Goldidate through the Apple Store or Google Play Store and you were charged immediately, or it’s likely because you’ve already had a previous Monthly Deals & Token purchasing Goldidate account.

We’d recommend reaching out to Apple or Google to see what has happened by following these steps below:
Apple Store:
Go to https://getsupport.apple.com/
Select “Billing & Subscriptions”
Select “Subscriptions & Purchases”
Select “The topic is not listed”
In the text box write “n/a” and click “Continue”
Select the “Chat” option
Google Play Store:
Go to play.google.com or Google Play Store
Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
On the top right-hand corner, click on your Profile
Click on Payments and Subscriptions
Click on Subscriptions and select the subscription you wish to cancel/request a refund
Please note, that if you sign up for Monthly Deals & Token purchasing, a subscription will automatically renew on your account once the trial period expires. If you prefer to use a different payment method without adding it to your Google Play account, you can still make that purchase by accessing your Goldidate account via the web instead of the app.

If you’re an Android user you now have to sign up for a Goldidate subscription through Google Play. Previously, you may have subscribed to Monthly Deals or Token purchasing using your credit card, and you can follow these steps to cancel:
Tap the profile icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
Tap on “Settings” and then “My Wallet” and then Tap on “​​Deals Subscription” and then Tap on “​​Cancel Subscription” depending on what option you are currently subscribed to.

You’ll still be able to use your subscription until its expiration date!

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, any purchases made in the Goldidate app are non-refundable.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal: Goldidate may offer some services as automatically-renewing subscriptions, e.g., a one-week subscription, one-month subscription, or three-month subscription, or Six-month subscription (“Premium Services”). IF YOU PURCHASE AN AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW AT THE END OF THE PERIOD, UNLESS YOU CANCEL, AT BUMBLE’S THEN-CURRENT PRICE FOR SUCH SUBSCRIPTIONS. To avoid charges for a new subscription period, you must cancel, as described below, before the end of the then-current subscription period. Deleting your account or deleting the application from your device does not cancel your subscription. You will be given notice of changes in the pricing of the Monthly deals Services to which you have subscribed and an opportunity to cancel. If Goldidate changes these prices and you do not cancel your subscription, you agree that you will be charged at Goldidate’s then-current pricing for the subscription.

Canceling Subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription directly from Goldidate, you may cancel or change your Payment Method via the payment settings option under your profile. If you purchased a subscription through a Third Party Store, such as the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, you will need to access your account with that Third Party Store and follow instructions to change or cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of the period you last paid for, but (i) you will not (except as outlined in the subsection entitled “Refunds” below) be eligible for a prorated refund, (ii) your subscription will not be renewed when that period expires and (iii) you will then no longer be able to use the Monthly deals Services or In-App Purchases enabled by your subscription.

In addition to canceling, you must request a refund to receive one. If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Goldidate. To request a refund, go to iTunes, click on your Apple ID, select “Purchase history,” find the transaction and hit “Report Problem”. You can also submit a request at https://getsupport.apple.com.

For all other purchases: please contact customer support with your order number and Wallet id Code (you can find the order number in the order confirmation email and ID Code on Goldidate App on the “My Wallet” page, or if you purchased from the Google Play Store by logging in to Google Wallet). You may also mail or deliver a signed and dated notice that states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect.

The payments required under this Section do not include any Sales Tax that may be due in connection with the Monthly Deals or Token purchasing Services provided under these Terms. If Goldidate determines it has a legal obligation to collect a Sales Tax from you in connection with these Terms, Goldidate will collect such Sales Tax in addition to the payments required under this Section 5. If any Monthly Deals or Token purchasing Services, or payments for any Refound/Checkout Services, under these Terms are subject to any Sales Tax in any jurisdiction and you have not remitted the applicable Sales Tax to Bumble, you will be responsible for the payment of such Sales Tax and any related penalties or interest to the relevant tax authority. As used herein, “Sales Tax” means any sales or use tax and any other tax measured by sales proceeds that is the functional equivalent of a sales tax where the applicable taxing jurisdiction does not otherwise impose a sales or use tax.

When you activate Monthly Deals & Token purchasing you’re able to change your location to the city of your choice as many times as you’d like.
Please note, you can only choose one location at a time.
